Where are you based?

Our office is based in Frenchs Forest, NSW - about 30 mins north of Sydney CBD.

Do you have more products other than the lamps?

Yes, for over 20 years, we have been in the lighting industry.
Ubiqua specializes in decorative and cordless lighting, while our other brand, Aqualux, is renowned for architectural and outdoor lighting solutions. For any inquiries related to lighting, please reach out to us at info@ubiqua.lighting.

How long have you been in business?

While Ubiqua is a new category for us, we have been in the lighting business for over 20 years

What are the key features of Ubiqua products?

Ubiqua cordless lamps are portable, easy to charge, lightweight, versatile for any space, and available in vibrant colors.

Our entire range is made of high-quality materials, ensuring durability and reliability.

Most of our lamps are waterproof and dust-resistant with IP54 certification.

The designs are the result of close collaboration with an Italian designer.

Do you offer customization?

We can certainly discuss customizations once we have a better understanding of your requirements.

How much do the lamps weigh?

Ubiqua Lamps are designed to be lightweight for easy portability.

On average, they weigh approximately 0.5kgs , making them convenient to move around as desired.

Can I place the lamps in my garden or bathroom?

Yes, most Ubiqua Lamps are IP54 rated, making them waterproof and ideal for garden, bathroom, terrace etc.

Check the individual lamp page for it's IP rating.

Can the Solar lamp ‘Handy’ be charged with USB?

Yes, it comes with a USB charging cable.

What is the height of the Zoom Floor lamp?

The height of the Zoom Floor lamp is 120cm.

Do you offer a warranty on the lamps?

Yes, we offer a 3-year warranty on all lamps.

How long will the LED last?

Our lamps are designed to achieve an L70 of 50,000hrs.

This means that after 50,000 hours of operations, they will still have 70% of their original output.

50,000 hours at 6 hours per day is around 23 years.

Do you sell carry bags or cases for bulk purchases?

We are currently working on arranging more accessories, and they will be available for purchase soon.

We have a multi station charger available for purchase from our website.

Can I view the lamps somewhere before making a purchase?

Yes, we have stockists across Australia.

How durable are your lamps?

Ubiqua Lamps are made of durable materials and have a sturdy build, making them for both outdoors and indoors use in any type of weather.

They have undergone rigorous testing including salt-spray and IP testing to verify the performance.

Is it ok to use the lamps while they are on a charging base?

Yes, you can use the lamps with the charging base.

Ubiqua lamps have overcharge and overload protection integrated into the lamp.

What is the difference between Maxi and Mini products?

The main difference between Maxi & Mini lamps is their dimensions.

The Mini version also has a slightly reduced battery life due to the smaller dimensions.

How do I know when it's time to charge my lamp?

Ubiqua lamps will blink three times to indicate that the battery is low and the lamp should be connected to the charging base.

How long does the battery last for portable lamps?

On average, the lamp can work for approx 10 hrs on a single charge at full brightness.

At half-brightness, you can easily achieve 20+ hours depending on the model.

What type of wall plug will work with the charging base?

A USB-A wall plug with 5V 1A output works well with the charging base.

Additionally, many multi-port chargers work as well, provided they can supply power to all the ports.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?

Yes, we do! For wholesale orders, please email us at info@ubiqua.lighting.

Trade customers can enjoy a 20% discount for orders of 12 units or more.

You can use the TRADE20 coupon at the check out to activate the discount.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been processed?

Please send us an email at info@ubiqua.lighting with your order details, and we'll work to find the best solution for you.

I placed my order over 72 hours ago and I haven’t heard from Ubiqua yet.

Normally, you should receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

If you haven't received it, please check your spam folder. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at info@ubiqua.lighting.

I need my order to arrive after a certain date. Can I request a delayed dispatch?

Yes, we can hold and dispatch your order after a specified date.

To request this, please email us at info@ubiqua.lighting with the desired date, and we'll be in touch.

Please note that while we can dispatch your order on a specified date, we cannot guarantee delivery to happen on a specified date

Shipping & Warranty

What are the shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on orders over $200.

Shipping charges below this amount will be displayed on the checkout page.

Can I track the progress of my order?

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.

You can use this information to track your courier.

What happens if my lamp gets damaged in transit?

If your lamp gets damaged in transit, please contact us at info@ubiqua.lighting.

We will assist you with the necessary steps to resolve the issue promptly.

What does Express shipping mean?

Express shipping means that if the order is placed before 2PM, it will ship same day.

Standard (and Free) shipping will ship next day.
