WARRANTY PERIOD

Ubiqua Lamps are backed by a two-year warranty.

STATUTORY WARRANTY

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with our products, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

If a failure does not amount to major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified or repaired in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods.
