Australian Orders

  • Will be shipped within 1 working day.
  • Via Courier or Australia Post
  • Tracking will be updated after shipment
  • Estimated delivery is 2 - 5 days for most locations.

 

Wholesale Orders

Shipping is calculated based on the number of products ordered. Please contact us before placing a wholesale order so we can discuss shipping and delivery.

 

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We generally only accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged. However if you are unhappy for any other reason, please contact us to discuss the situation.

To request a return, please contact us at info@ubiqua.lighting with your order details, photos (if applicable) and the reason for requesting a return. 

We will then contact you with the returns procedure, which will involve us supplying you with an Australia Post shipping label. This will need to be printed and the product placed into a shipping satchel or carton, and the label affixed to the outside. The parcel should then be taken to an Australia Post outlet for lodging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then offer you either a refund, credit or replacement, depending on the situation. 

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The time the credit takes will be determined by the payment method and payment processing company.
